A cartridge yield is 5,000 sheets for 20 lb paper; but, the toner save setting could extend the yield per cartridge.
You can view and save the scanned documents or send them to documents to the printer. The PDF file can be one file per page or a whole set of pages in a single document. The search function enables locating text within the document achieved through the OCR program. This model does not have any networking capacity.
